Its aim is also to promote exchanges between young Israelis studying in kibbutzim & French people to allow them to come to France & get to know French nature & culture.

Kibbutzim are a part of Israel, originally a communal organization to transform rocks, marsh and desert into a living place. Before the United Nations voted the creation of Israel in 1947 , kibbutzim were settled from 1910 by young pioneers. Ben Gurion who was one of them & became the 1st Prime Minister of Israel . "It is in the Negev that the creativity and the pioneer vigor of Israel shall be tested".
40/° of Israeli agriculture is produced by kibbutzim. The original principles have evolved : industry is also developed in several kibbutzim, as well as research on agriculture, ecology, solar energy, water desalination...
